normal style='text-indent:24.75pt;line-height:150%'>1.1本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目成都市郫都區(qū)三道堰污水處理廠擴(kuò)能及污水管網(wǎng)更新改造項(xiàng)目（一批次）監(jiān)理 / 標(biāo)段已由郫都區(qū)行政審批局以川投資備【2209-510124-04-01-636340】第FGQB-0383號(hào)批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)，項(xiàng)目業(yè)主為成都市郫都區(qū)蜀都鄉(xiāng)村振興投資發(fā)展有限公司，建設(shè)資金來(lái)自國(guó)家投資-非政府投資，項(xiàng)目出資比例為100%，招標(biāo)人為成都市郫都區(qū)蜀都鄉(xiāng)村振興投資發(fā)展有限公司。項(xiàng)目已具備招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)進(jìn)行公開(kāi)招標(biāo)。

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.2本次招標(biāo)接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)的，應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足下列要求：須具有國(guó)家建設(shè)行政主管部門(mén)頒發(fā)的市政公用工程監(jiān)理乙級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)的單位作為聯(lián)合體牽頭人。聯(lián)合體成員（含聯(lián)合體牽頭人）家數(shù)須不超過(guò)2家。

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.4入圍條件：房建和市政監(jiān)理投標(biāo)人開(kāi)標(biāo)當(dāng)日在“成都市建筑市場(chǎng)信用信息管理系統(tǒng)”中被列入市場(chǎng)禁入名單的（聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)的，組成聯(lián)合體的各投標(biāo)人任意一家被列入市場(chǎng)禁入名單的），在交易云平臺(tái)勾選主體信用評(píng)價(jià)的專(zhuān)業(yè)類(lèi)別與其投標(biāo)使用的資質(zhì)類(lèi)別不一致的，一律不能成為合格投標(biāo)人。
