(hereinafter called ”the Tenderee“), We cordially welcome eligible bidders for the supply of following goods and service by way of International Competitive Bidding.
1、招標(biāo)條件/ Bidding Conditions項(xiàng)目概況：工程師在環(huán)交互式視景系統(tǒng)升級(jí)1套。 Project Overview: 1 set of Engineer in the loop interactive visualization system upgrade. 現(xiàn)招標(biāo)人資金已到位，具備了招標(biāo)條件。 Now Funds have been put in place, the Project is with the bidding conditions.

3、*投標(biāo)人資格要求/ Qualification Requirements For Bidder：1) 投標(biāo)人須具有獨(dú)立法人資格，境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人提供加載統(tǒng)一社會(huì)信用代碼的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照或事業(yè)單位法人證書(shū)；境外投標(biāo)人須提供有效的企業(yè)登記證明材料； / Domestic bidders with independent legal personality shall submit a copy of their business license; Overseas bidders must provide valid proof of enterprise registration materials. 2）業(yè)績(jī)證明：2019年1月1日至今（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人須具有自身簽訂的3份類(lèi)似的供貨業(yè)績(jī)，需提供合同關(guān)鍵頁(yè)（至少包含甲乙雙方蓋章或簽字頁(yè)、銷(xiāo)售產(chǎn)品內(nèi)容及數(shù)量、合同簽訂時(shí)間）； /Performance proof: from January 1, 2019 to the present (subject to the time of contract signing), the bidder shall have 3 supply performance of similar signed by itself, and the key pages of the contract shall be provided (at least including the seal or signature page of A and B, the content and quantity of the products sold, and the time of contract signing); 3）投標(biāo)人必須是制造商（集成商）或制造商授權(quán)的代理商，投標(biāo)人如為代理商則必須提供制造商出具的有效期內(nèi)的授權(quán)書(shū)； /The bidder must be the manufacturer (integrator) or the manufacturer’s authorized agent, the bidder, such as the agent must provide the manufacturer issued by the validity of the authorization letter; 4）投標(biāo)人須提供其開(kāi)戶(hù)銀行在開(kāi)標(biāo)前三個(gè)月內(nèi)開(kāi)具的資信證明，其中境內(nèi)的投標(biāo)人提供由其開(kāi)立基本賬戶(hù)的銀行開(kāi)具的資信證明； /The bidder must provide its bank account within three months before the opening of the bid issued by the credit certificate, in which the territory of the bidder to provide by the opening of the basic account of the bank issued by the credit certificate; 5）投標(biāo)人需提供近三年（2020-2022）財(cái)務(wù)審計(jì)報(bào)告，如未成立三年，需提供成立以來(lái)的第三方財(cái)務(wù)審計(jì)報(bào)告（財(cái)務(wù)審計(jì)報(bào)告需包括資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表、現(xiàn)金流量表和利潤(rùn)表，三表缺一不可）； 注：對(duì)于無(wú)法提供審計(jì)報(bào)告的事業(yè)單位，需提供財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表； / Bidders are required to provide financial audit reports for the past three years (2020-2022), if not established for three years, they are required to provide a third-party financial audit report since its establishment (the financial audit report should include a balance sheet, a cash flow statement, and an income statement, with one of the three tables missing); Note: For the utilities that are unable to provide an audit report, they are required to provide financial statements; 6）投標(biāo)人須提供中國(guó)人民銀行出具的銀行基本賬戶(hù)開(kāi)戶(hù)許可證或由為企業(yè)開(kāi)立基本存款賬戶(hù)的銀行出具的具有企業(yè)基本存款賬戶(hù)編號(hào)的說(shuō)明文件； /The bidder shall provide the bank basic account opening license issued by the People's Bank of China or the explanatory document with the basic deposit account number of the enterprise issued by the bank that opens the basic deposit account for the enterprise; 7）投標(biāo)人須提供其訴訟及仲裁情況說(shuō)明； /The bidder shall provide a statement of its litigation and arbitration status;
4、本次招標(biāo)不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)/ Joint Bids is NOT Available。
