投標人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:★（1）資格要求

A．如果投標人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照；
如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；
B.投標人應(yīng)具備《特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證（壓力容器制造）》A2級及以上資質(zhì)，該資質(zhì)在投標時應(yīng)在有效期，且該證書應(yīng)在投標人公司所在省份的市場監(jiān)督管理局網(wǎng)站可查并提供截圖。

（2）★業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:

（1）2019年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽訂日期為準），投標人須提供至少兩個合同（每個合同金額不低于 100 萬元）的高溫高壓反應(yīng)釜或酸蝕反應(yīng)釜或三軸力學實驗儀器的制造供貨業(yè)績。（2）投標人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件至少包括：1）銷售合同復(fù)印件（內(nèi)容至少包括：合同首頁、簽字蓋章頁、簽署時間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、合同金額）和 2）用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料復(fù)印件（到貨驗收單或調(diào)試驗收報告或使用方出具的有效證明文件，合同和到貨驗收材料原件備查）。
（3）未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法滿足上述要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績。
