*（7）投標(biāo)人須提供開戶銀行在開標(biāo)之日前三個(gè)月內(nèi)開具的資信證明原件或該原件的復(fù)印件（由投標(biāo)人代表簽字或蓋章）。

(According to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Dishonest Behavior of Bidders of China National Petroleum Corporation Limited, the bidder's bidding qualification shall be suspended for half a year if the dishonest score reaches 8 points; The bidder's bidding qualification shall be suspended for one year if the breach of trust score reaches 9 points; The bidder's qualification for bidding is suspended for two years after the breach of trust score reaches 10 points. (7)The Bidder shall provide the original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder's Bank of deposit within three months before the bid opening date (The signature or sealing by the respective of bidders is needed)；
