The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods,  including the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer of bid goods. A scanned copy of the original certificate is required at the time of bidding (originals are subject to verification) and can be verified on the National Special Equipment Public Information Query Platform (https://cnse.e-cqs.cn/info-pub/pub). B.投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供閥門所集成的閥門定位器的《產(chǎn)品防爆合格證》，由國家授權(quán)防爆認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)。投標(biāo)時(shí)提供掃描件。The bidder shall provide the "Product Explosion-proof Qualification Certificate" issued by the national authorized explosion-proof certification institution for the integrated explosion-proof valve positioners.The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding. （3）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2015年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商在中國境內(nèi)應(yīng)具有2套乙烯裝置的氣動Globe調(diào)節(jié)閥合同業(yè)績，同時(shí)滿足以下要求：a.每個(gè)合同氣動Globe調(diào)節(jié)閥數(shù)量大于或等于30臺且設(shè)計(jì)溫度≤-45℃。b.每個(gè)合同應(yīng)包含1臺口徑大于或等于14”的氣動Globe調(diào)節(jié)閥，和1臺設(shè)計(jì)溫度≤-160℃的氣動Globe調(diào)節(jié)閥。（口徑和設(shè)計(jì)溫度可以在同一臺閥門中體現(xiàn)）。如果投標(biāo)人為制造商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司，應(yīng)提供該制造商的業(yè)績。From January 1st, 2015 to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the products supplied by the bidder shall have two supply contracts of Pneumatic Control Valves for LOP Plant , and meet the requirements simultaneously:a.The valve number of each contract need to be greater than or equal to 30 and the design temperature≤-45℃.b.Each contract shall include one pneumatic Globe control valve which valve size need to be greater than or equal 14 " and one pneumatic Globe control valve which design temperature ≤-160℃.( The diameter and design temperature can be reflected in the same valve.) If the bidder is a company responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group, the performance of the manufacturer shall be provided.投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復(fù)印件。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、裝置名稱、貨物名稱、貨物數(shù)量、口徑尺寸、設(shè)計(jì)溫度。若業(yè)績合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個(gè)年度協(xié)議下提供1個(gè)或以上的訂單及與訂單對應(yīng)的到貨驗(yàn)收材料均算為1個(gè)有效業(yè)績。The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract. The reference evidence documents furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods, number of goods、valve size、design temperature.If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement.
