投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:1、投標(biāo)人必須提供企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本或者注冊登記證； 2、投標(biāo)人如為代理商，則必須提供該設(shè)備制造商出具的授權(quán)函正本，或制造商的國內(nèi)控股子公司授權(quán)函正本；投標(biāo)人如為制造商授權(quán)中國總代理或中國區(qū)域代理，須提供總代授權(quán)或區(qū)域代理授權(quán)書復(fù)印件，如有需要，須提供正本備查；如為中國總代或中國區(qū)域代理轉(zhuǎn)授權(quán)，則必須提供總代或區(qū)域代理出具的該項目下的專項授權(quán)書正本 3、投標(biāo)人開戶行開具的開標(biāo)前三個月內(nèi)資信證明原件或該原件的復(fù)印件； 4. 單位負責(zé)人授權(quán)書。
