3.1 有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照副本（國(guó)內(nèi)）；

3.1 Valid business license (domestic)；

3.2 必須通過(guò)ISO9001、ISO14001（均為當(dāng)前最新版）或同等質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證。

3.2 Must pass ISO9001, ISO14001 (the latest version) or equivalent quality system certification.

3.3 投標(biāo)人提供的設(shè)備應(yīng)在同類產(chǎn)品中屬能耗和原材料消耗低的產(chǎn)品，應(yīng)符合國(guó)家和鄭州市地方的安全、環(huán)保和消防等要求。

3.3 The equipment provided by the bidder shall be a product with low energy consumption and raw material consumption among similar products, and shall meet the national and local safety, environmental protection and fire protection requirements of Zhengzhou.

3.4 *對(duì)于屬于整套設(shè)備運(yùn)行所必須的部件，即使本招標(biāo)文件未列出或列出數(shù)量不足，投標(biāo)人仍需在執(zhí)行合同時(shí)無(wú)償補(bǔ)足。

3.4* For the parts necessary for the operation of the whole set of equipment, the bidder shall make up the parts free of charge in the execution of the contract, even if the number is not listed in this bidding document or the quantity is insufficient.

3.5 投標(biāo)人提供的試驗(yàn)設(shè)備應(yīng)是最新型號(hào)，并具有優(yōu)良功能和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，操作簡(jiǎn)便，測(cè)量和控制精度高，試驗(yàn)結(jié)果重復(fù)性好，可靠性高，工作壽命長(zhǎng)，達(dá)到國(guó)際一流先進(jìn)水平。

3.5 The test equipment provided by the bidder shall be the latest model, with excellent function and structural design, easy operation, high measurement and control precision, good repeatability of test results, high reliability and long working life, reaching the world-class advanced level.

3.6 *設(shè)備的主要機(jī)械、電氣部分必須是投標(biāo)方原產(chǎn)地原裝生產(chǎn)制造的設(shè)備，均應(yīng)是合格名牌產(chǎn)品，并附有清單。清單應(yīng)依次說(shuō)明名稱、數(shù)量、型號(hào)、原產(chǎn)地及生產(chǎn)廠家等內(nèi)容。

3.6 The main mechanical and electrical parts of the equipment must be the original equipment manufactured in the place of origin of the bidder, which shall be qualified famous brand products with a list attached. The list should state the name, quantity, model, place of origin and manufacturer in turn.

3.7 *投標(biāo)方投標(biāo)時(shí)應(yīng)提供業(yè)績(jī)清單，同時(shí)要求投標(biāo)方具有制造本次招標(biāo)設(shè)備十年以上的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，投標(biāo)設(shè)備應(yīng)有良好的國(guó)際銷售業(yè)績(jī)和使用信譽(yù)。

3.7* The bidder shall provide the list of performance when submitting the bid, and at the same time, the bidder shall hA/Ve more than 10 years' experience in manufacturing the bidding equipment, and the bidding equipment shall hA/Ve good international sales performance and use reputation.

3.8 在全球范圍內(nèi)，至少為五家車輛制造商或相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)和企業(yè)提供過(guò)相關(guān)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。

3.8 Has provided relevant engine test systems to at least five vehicle manufacturers or related organizations and enterprises worldwide.

3.9 同時(shí)在中國(guó)大陸提供過(guò)同類的產(chǎn)品，并具有相應(yīng)的售后維護(hù)能力。

3.10  供貨商應(yīng)提供中國(guó)國(guó)家質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局出具的進(jìn)口計(jì)量器具許可證書。

3.11  *提供法定代表人授權(quán)書、法人身份證復(fù)印件、被授權(quán)人身份證；

3.12  來(lái)自于同一家制造商或集成商生產(chǎn)的投標(biāo)設(shè)備，只允許一家投標(biāo)人進(jìn)行投標(biāo)；

3.12 For bidding equipment from the same manufacturer or integrator, only one bidder is allowed to bid;

3.13  本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)；

3.13 The project does not accept the consortium bid；

3.14  潛在投標(biāo)人未按招標(biāo)文件要求領(lǐng)購(gòu)招標(biāo)文件的不得參加投標(biāo)。

3.14 Bidders without purchasing the bidding documents as required by the bidding documents are not allowed to participate in the bidding.
