normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>本招標(biāo)項目高新一號廣場（項目名稱）已由畢節(jié)金海湖新區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展局（項目審批、核準(zhǔn)或備案機關(guān)名稱）以《貴州省企業(yè)投資項目備案證明》（項目編碼：2013-520528-04-01-115176）（批文名稱及編號）批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)，招標(biāo)人（項目業(yè)主）為貴州合盛房地產(chǎn)開發(fā) ，建設(shè)資金來自企業(yè)自籌（資金來源）。項目已具備招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)對該項目的勘察進行公開招標(biāo)。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>（5）招標(biāo)范圍：本項目范圍內(nèi)的工程地質(zhì)勘察（含初勘、詳勘、邊坡勘察、技術(shù)資料、后期服務(wù)及相關(guān)審查費用）等全部勘查內(nèi)容；

3.1本次招標(biāo)要求投標(biāo)人具備建設(shè)行政主管部門頒發(fā)的工程勘察專業(yè)類（巖土工程）甲級及以上資質(zhì)，

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.0pt'>5.1 電子投標(biāo)文件上傳的截止時間（投標(biāo)截止時間，下同）為 2021 年 11月10  日 9時30 分，將電子投標(biāo)文件上傳至畢節(jié)市 -畢節(jié)市門戶網(wǎng)站業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)，并于當(dāng)日 9 時 50 分前解密投標(biāo)文件。本次開標(biāo)采取網(wǎng)上開標(biāo)，投標(biāo)人無需到開標(biāo)現(xiàn)場。
