normal style='margin-left:21.0pt;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>本招標(biāo)項目七星渡長征文化公園建設(shè)項目已由畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)發(fā)展和改革局以七星發(fā)改審批（2020）67號批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)，項目業(yè)主為畢節(jié)時空旅游文化發(fā)展 ，建設(shè)資金來源：銀行貸款、專項債券資金及業(yè)主自籌， 項目已具備招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)對本項目 勘察、設(shè)計 進行公開招標(biāo)。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:20.7pt;line-height:150%'>2.2 建設(shè)規(guī)模及內(nèi)容：宣紅區(qū)總建筑面積1175平方米，其中紅色大講堂216平方米、游客中心959平方米；擴紅區(qū)總建筑面積15909平方米、其中紅色文化研學(xué)基地14581平方米、軍墾博物館816平方米、紅色長征體驗館512平方米；憶紅區(qū)總建筑面積6024平方米，其中紅色長征文化館1364平方米、寧家龍門2986平方米、尹家龍門1805平方米，風(fēng)貌改造6910平方米；走紅區(qū)總建筑面積1538平方米，其中實景體驗區(qū)491平方米、指揮部1047平方米；民族文化體驗區(qū)新建公廁97平方米，風(fēng)貌改造26078平方米、生態(tài)停車場14339平方米及有關(guān)附屬設(shè)施。；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:21.0pt'>3.1 要求投標(biāo)人具備以下資質(zhì)：

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:21.0pt'>投標(biāo)人具備國家行政主管部門頒發(fā)的工程勘察專業(yè)類（巖土工程）勘察乙級及以上資質(zhì)、建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）設(shè)計乙級及以上資質(zhì)。其中，投標(biāo)人擬派

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:21.0pt'>3.2 本次招標(biāo)接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)，聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)的，應(yīng)滿足下列要求：（1）本項目只接受由建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）設(shè)計乙級及以上資質(zhì)及以上資質(zhì)的單位作為牽頭人，牽頭人負責(zé)聯(lián)合體從投標(biāo)報名直到完成本項目的所有具體事宜；（2）聯(lián)合體成員不得超過2家，聯(lián)合體牽頭人負責(zé)聯(lián)合體在本項目的投標(biāo)活動中與招標(biāo)有關(guān)的聯(lián)絡(luò)工作；（3）聯(lián)合體各方必須簽訂聯(lián)合體協(xié)議書，并明確聯(lián)合體牽頭人和各方的責(zé)任及權(quán)利義務(wù)；（4）聯(lián)合體各方?jīng)]有被暫?；蛉∠稑?biāo)資格或被有關(guān)部門通報在招投標(biāo)過程中有違法行為；（5）聯(lián)合體各方不得再以自己名義單獨或加入其他聯(lián)合體在本招標(biāo)項目中參加投標(biāo)。
