normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1本次招標(biāo)要求投標(biāo)人須具備建設(shè)行政主管部門核發(fā)的水利水電工程施工總承包三級及以上資質(zhì)，其中，投標(biāo)人擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須具備水利水電工程專業(yè)二級及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，提供身份證、資格證、注冊證、安全考核合格證 B 證（復(fù)印件或掃描件），在建情況由投標(biāo)人單位出具證明。投標(biāo)人必須是“貴州省水利建設(shè)市場信用信息平臺”中公示的企業(yè)。凡貴州省水利建設(shè)市場信用信息平臺或其他官方網(wǎng)站公布限制參加水利工程投標(biāo)且期限未滿的單位，不得參加本工程投標(biāo)。
