normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>投標(biāo)人必須是公-安部現(xiàn)行有效警服目錄生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，并具備對(duì)應(yīng)貨物品種的生產(chǎn)資格。投標(biāo)人必須提供能證明其符合本次采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目資格條件的相關(guān)證明資料復(fù)印件（如公-安部警服目錄生產(chǎn)企業(yè)資格證書，復(fù)印件需加蓋單位公章）；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.本項(xiàng)目的特定條件：①本項(xiàng)目不接受未獲取本招標(biāo)文件的供應(yīng)商競(jìng)標(biāo)；②招標(biāo)人不接受在此前嚴(yán)重違約、與招標(biāo)人因合同糾尚處于訴訟期的投標(biāo)人參與投標(biāo)。
