normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:15.75pt;\ntext-autospace:none'>3.1 本次招標要求投標人具備建設行政主管部門核發(fā)的建筑工程施工總承包叁級及以上資質(zhì) ，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證，并在人員、設備、資金等方面具有相應的施工能力，其中，投標人擬派項目經(jīng)理須具備 建筑工程\n專業(yè) 貳 級及以上級注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書（B類），且未擔任其他在建建設工程的項目經(jīng)理。
