二、申請人的資格要求：

\n\n

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt'>㈠滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定：

\n\n

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt'>1.具有獨立承擔民事責任的能力(提供承諾，格式自理)；

\n\n

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt'>2.具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和健全的財務會計制度(提供承諾，格式自理)；

\n\n

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt'>3.具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄(提供承諾，格式自理)：

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt'>4.參加本次政府采購活動前三年內(nèi)，在經(jīng)營活動中沒有違法違規(guī)記錄：提供參加政府采購活動前3年內(nèi)在經(jīng)營活動中沒有重大違法記錄的書面聲明；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt'>②法定代表人參加投標的必須有法定代表人身份證明文件或身份證；法人授權(quán)委托人參加投標的必須有法定代表人簽署的授權(quán)委托書及法定代表人身份證、被授權(quán)委托人身份證。
