二、申請人的資格要求：

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:22.0pt'>（2）具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和健全的財務會計制度:提供2020年度財務審計報告（包含資產負債表、利潤表(或利潤表及利潤分配表)、現(xiàn)金流量表和財務報表附注），審計報告未加蓋審計機構公章視為無效；或提供銀行2020年至今出具的有效資信證明；或承諾具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和健全的財務會計制度；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:22.0pt'>（1）采購活動詢問、質疑方式：供應商對采購過程相應階段有質疑的，應在相應采購過程階段聯(lián)系本項目采購代理機構工作人員，根據(jù)財政部令第94號要求，當面一次性提交書面質疑文件，提出質疑的方式為通過將質疑函（原件）送達代理機構或采購人。如未在規(guī)定時間內提出質疑的，視為完全認同磋商文件所有要求。
