normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>1.磋商保證金繳納:磋商保證金人民幣壹萬(wàn)伍仟元整，繳納形式為轉(zhuǎn)賬、銀行保函、其他有效擔(dān)保。轉(zhuǎn)賬的投標(biāo)保證金必須從投標(biāo)人基本賬戶一次性按本項(xiàng)目要求金額轉(zhuǎn)入，且確保在2021年11月26日9:00時(shí)前到賬并檢查綁定成功，否則，責(zé)任由投標(biāo)人自行承擔(dān)。保函或其他有效擔(dān)保的，應(yīng)在開(kāi)標(biāo)前將保函或擔(dān)保書(shū)原件交至本項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)代理機(jī)構(gòu)。其他形式繳納的方法，請(qǐng)以交易中心（為確保按時(shí)到賬，請(qǐng)盡早交納）為準(zhǔn)。
