近年（ 2019年01月01日 至投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間，不少于3年） 已完成 不少于 3 （1 至3個(gè)）個(gè)類似項(xiàng)目。類似項(xiàng)目是指: 2019 年 1 月 1 日起至投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間已完成單項(xiàng)合同金額不低于 700 萬元的市政公用工程施工業(yè)績，類似項(xiàng)目業(yè)績應(yīng)提供中標(biāo)通知書、合同協(xié)議書、竣工或交工驗(yàn)收報(bào)告（時(shí)間以竣工或交工驗(yàn)收報(bào)告為準(zhǔn)） 。 3.1.3項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的資格要求 ? 項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理（項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人）資格： 市政公用工程二級及以上 (注冊專業(yè))（級別） 建造師，具有省級及以上住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)主管部門頒發(fā)的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證（B證）， 2019 年 1 月 1 日起至投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間以項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理身份已完成不少于 1 個(gè)類似項(xiàng)目業(yè)績；類似項(xiàng)目業(yè)績是指：單項(xiàng)合同金額不低于 500 萬元的市政公用工程施工業(yè)績，類似項(xiàng)目業(yè)績應(yīng)提供中標(biāo)通知書、合同協(xié)議書、竣工或交工驗(yàn)收報(bào)告（時(shí)間以竣工或交工驗(yàn)收報(bào)告為準(zhǔn)） （業(yè)績要求） ，須為本單位人員（若為聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)，須為聯(lián)合體牽頭人人員）。 3.2 本次招標(biāo) 不接受 聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。 3.3 各投標(biāo)人均可就上述 1個(gè) (具體數(shù)量)標(biāo)段投標(biāo) 。 4.
