近年（ 2019年01月01日 至投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間，不少于3年） 已完成  不少于 3 （1 至3個(gè)）個(gè)類似項(xiàng)目。類似項(xiàng)目是指: 2019年1月1日至今（投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間）已完工的單個(gè)項(xiàng)目合同金額不低于3000萬元的建筑工程施工總承包業(yè)績（業(yè)績需附省級及以上發(fā)展改革部門指定媒介，如《全國 平臺（四川?。?、四川建設(shè)網(wǎng)等媒介的中標(biāo)公示截圖、中標(biāo)通知書、合同協(xié)議書、竣工驗(yàn)收報(bào)告或接收證明或完工證明等相關(guān)證明材料復(fù)印件，并對業(yè)績的真實(shí)性進(jìn)行承諾）。已完工的業(yè)績時(shí)間以中標(biāo)公示發(fā)布時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)，其它地方與本條不一致的以本條為準(zhǔn) 。 3.1.3項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的資格要求  ? 項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理（項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人）資格： 建筑工程專業(yè)貳級及以上 (注冊專業(yè))（級別） 建造師，具有省級及以上住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)主管部門頒發(fā)的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證（B證）， / （業(yè)績要求）  ，須為本單位人員（若為聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)，須為聯(lián)合體牽頭人人員）。  3.2    本次招標(biāo) 不接受  聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。  3.3    各投標(biāo)人均可就上述 1個(gè) (具體數(shù)量)標(biāo)段投標(biāo) 。 4.
