3、投標人資格要求投標人應具備的資格或業(yè)績:3.對投標人的資格和業(yè)績要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder: （1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照。如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明。窗體頂端窗體底端A. The manufacturer of the Bid Goods shall pass Quality Management System Certification ISO9001？(or GB/T19001) Certification. Bidder shall provide valid Certificate of Quality Management System Certification of manufacturer.C.投標人應為所投貨物的制造商或代理商。如果投標人為代理商，投標人應得到所投貨物制造商同意其為本次投標提供該貨物的合法正式授權(quán)書。C. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods or the agent. If the bidder is an agent, bidder shall obtain the legal and formal authorization from the manufacturer of the goods to provide the goods for this bidding.D.是否接受聯(lián)合體投標：否Joint Venture: Not Accepted.E.未領(lǐng)購招標文件是否可以參加投標:不可以。Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available. （2）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2020年01月01日至投標截止日（以合同簽署時間為準），投標人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商應具有至少1個可對巖心薄片進行自動進片、自動全幅面采集系統(tǒng)供貨業(yè)績。From Jan. 1st, 2020 to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder shall have at least one performance is the？core？thin？slice？can？be？fed？automatically？and？Full-width Automatic Collection System for Core Slices. 投標人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）和2）到貨驗收材料。投標人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱及到貨驗收材料。 The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract (including technical appendix) and 2) Receiving certificate of arrival of goods.
