D．是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)：否D．Joint Venture: Not AcceptedE．未領(lǐng)購(gòu)招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以E．Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available（2）資質(zhì)要求及證明文件Requirements of Qualification of Bidder and Certificate無(wú)No need.（3）業(yè)績(jī)要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:至投標(biāo)截止日，投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商應(yīng)具有至少2個(gè)潛液泵的供貨業(yè)績(jī)合同，且均滿足使用溫度≤-33℃、額定流量≥120m3/h、揚(yáng)程≥92m、罐內(nèi)全浸沒式的技術(shù)要求。投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）和2）到貨驗(yàn)收材料。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：制造商名稱、貨物名稱、使用溫度≤-33℃、額定流量≥120m3/h、揚(yáng)程≥92m、罐內(nèi)全浸沒式的技術(shù)要求及到貨驗(yàn)收材料。未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無(wú)法體現(xiàn)使制造商名稱、貨物名稱、使用溫度≤-33℃、額定流量≥120m3/h、揚(yáng)程≥92m、罐內(nèi)全浸沒式的技術(shù)要求及到貨驗(yàn)收材料的，均視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。Performance requirements: To the bid deadline date , the manufacturer of the bid product shall have at least 2 contracts of？submersible pump supply record, and all of them meet the technical requirements of Operating temperature ≤-33℃, Rated？flow ≥120m3/h, Head ≥92m,？and full immersion in the tank.The bidder shall submit the performance table in the prescribed format, and submit the relevant performance certification documents. Performance proof documents include but are not limited to: 1) copies of sales contracts (including relevant technical attachments) and 2) arrival and acceptance materials.
