Bid by Agent is not accepted.D. 是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)：否Joint Venture: Not AcceptedE.？未領(lǐng)購招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以Bid without the bidding documents：NOT AvailableF.？其它：無others: N/A？（2）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2013年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商應(yīng)具有至少2套聚乙烯擠壓造粒機(jī)組的合同業(yè)績，且滿足擠壓機(jī)加工能力不小于600KTA的技術(shù)要求。From January 1, 2013 to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the manufacturer of the products ？submitted by the bidder shall have at least 2 sets of contract references of polyethylene extrusion and pelletizing units, and all meet the technical requirements that the processing capacity？of extruder？is not less than 600KTA.投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件和性能保證數(shù)據(jù)表等）。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、項(xiàng)目名稱、擠壓機(jī)加工能力等技術(shù)要求。未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法體現(xiàn)合同簽署時(shí)間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、項(xiàng)目名稱和加工能力的技術(shù)要求，均視為無效業(yè)績。提供的業(yè)績證明文件中如果合同在執(zhí)行過程中終止,則該業(yè)績視為無效業(yè)績。The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: ？copies of sales contract (including technical appendix？and performance guarantee data sheet). The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods, name of project and？extruder？？processing capacity？technical requirements.If no documentary evidence？furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Date of signing Contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods, name of project, technical requirements of extruder processing capacity, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.？In the documentary evidence documents provided, if the contract is terminated in the course of execution, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo):不接受未領(lǐng)購招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以4、
