normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.1投標(biāo)人須為中華人民共和國境內(nèi)注冊(cè)的獨(dú)立法人或其他組織，具有合法有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，并在人員、設(shè)備、資金具有同類貨物的供貨能力。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>第一標(biāo)段（調(diào)壓箱及調(diào)壓柜）具有有效的相關(guān)特種設(shè)備制造許可證（壓力容器）、特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證（壓力管道元件）限燃?xì)庹{(diào)壓裝置；

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>第十標(biāo)段（灶具連接用不銹鋼軟管）所投產(chǎn)品須具有檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)出具的檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告；

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.3投標(biāo)人具有良好的財(cái)務(wù)狀況并具有依法繳納稅收的良好記錄。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.4投標(biāo)人未被工商行政管理機(jī)關(guān)在國家企業(yè)信用信息公示系統(tǒng)中列入嚴(yán)重違法失信企業(yè)名單。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.5投標(biāo)人未被最高人民法院在“信用中國”網(wǎng)站或各級(jí)信用信息共享平臺(tái)中列入失信被執(zhí)行人名單。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.6投標(biāo)人及其法定代表人在中國裁判文書網(wǎng)查詢無行賄犯罪記錄。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.7單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位不得同時(shí)參加本次投標(biāo)。
