normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>    本 太原有線三網(wǎng)融合網(wǎng)絡改造項目-光配件招標項目 （招標項目編號：I1401000278000538003），已由太原市行政審批服務管理局以并審管投備【2021】25號批準，項目資金來源為 專項債券+自籌  ， 本項目已具備招標條件，現(xiàn)進行 公開招標。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>002第二標段 ：光配件2

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>服務期限：3年，合同首簽一年，服務期內(nèi)按年簽署。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>    001第一標段 、002第二標段、003第三標段 、004第四標段：

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.1 投標人應為中華人民共和國境內(nèi)（不含香港、澳門、臺灣地區(qū)）法律上和財務上獨立的法人或依法登記注冊的組織，具有合法有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，并在人員、設備、資金具有同類貨物供貨能力且合法運作并獨立于招標人和招標代理機構(gòu)的制造商。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.2 投標人所投標的產(chǎn)品適用國家新聞出版廣電總局入網(wǎng)認證，或工業(yè)和信息化產(chǎn)業(yè)部進網(wǎng)許可證，或泰爾實驗室認證，須提供相應入網(wǎng)認證證書。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.3 本次招標采用失信被執(zhí)行人 否決性 懲戒方式。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.4本次招標項目同一投標人可以對多個標段同時投標，但只能中標一個標段。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.5單位負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位不得同時參加本項目同一標段投標。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>本項目不允許聯(lián)合體投標。
