normal style='text-indent:20.6pt;line-height:150%'>1.1本招標項目蓉歐智能制造產業(yè)園L區(qū)改造項目設計-施工總承包/標段已由青白江區(qū)行政審批和營商環(huán)境建設局以川投資備【2301-510113-04-01-829465】第FGQB-0008號批準建設，項目業(yè)主為成都青白江蓉歐園區(qū)運營管理 ，建設資金來自國家投資-非政府投資，項目出資比例為100%， 項目已具備招標條件，現進行公開招標。

normal style='text-indent:20.6pt;line-height:150%'>1.2本招標項目由青白江區(qū)行政審批和營商環(huán)境建設局核準（招標事項核準文號為川投資備【2301-510113-04-01-829465】第FGQB-0008號）的招標組織形式為委托招標。招標人選擇的招標代理機構是四川龍尚 。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>2.2建設規(guī)模及內容：蓉歐智能制造產業(yè)園L區(qū)一層至屋頂部分結構拆除加固、新建等改造工程。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>設計-施工總承包工作，本項目的施工圖設計及施工直至工程竣工驗收合格并完成項目整體移交，項目缺陷責任期內的缺陷修復和質量保修期內的質量保修工作等全過程的工作。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>設計范圍：全部設計工作。包含但不限于方案設計、施工圖設計、專項方案設計、專業(yè)性深化設計、專項施工措施設計等內容及后續(xù)相關服務(施工圖審查回復、現場設計服務、設計技術交底、設計變更、中間驗收、竣工驗收等)工作。包含但不限于為完成本項目建設的所有設計工作(除招標人注明未包含的設計內容外)。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>施工范圍：承包本合同項目采購、施工直至竣工驗收合格、綜合驗收及整體移交，缺陷責任期內的缺陷修復、保修工作。本工程采用包工、包料、包工期、包驗收移交、包竣工資料收集整理、包安全和包質量的設計-施工總承包方式，包括但不限于除供水、供氣、供電工程外的三通一平、主體結構工程、強弱電工程、綠化工程、總平施工、裝修工程、設施設備采購等，以及為滿足工程施工所需完成的場地準備、臨時設施設備等相關工作，包括但不限于臨時道路工程、臨時用水、臨時用電、臨時排水排污等工作，以及為確保安全文明施工的各項保障措施、工作等。

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.4企業(yè)注冊地不在四川省行政區(qū)域內的省外設計施工企業(yè)須提供在有效期內的四川省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設廳官網已公開的入川信息網頁截圖（如投標人為聯合體，則聯合體所有成員均應具有）。

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.5所有投標人應具有針對本標段的《成都市建設領域市場主體信用記錄（評價）網絡登記表》（如投標人為聯合體，則聯合體所有成員均應具有）、施工單位投標人應具有針對本標段的《成都市建設領域從業(yè)人員信用記錄（評價）網絡登記表》 。

（2）   施工資質

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>類似工程業(yè)績是指:2020年01月01日以來，已完成或正在施工或新承接的單項合同金額500萬元及以上的房屋建筑工程施工業(yè)績(若為聯合體投標的，由施工單位提供)；

normal style='text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%'>3.2本次招標接受聯合體投標。

normal style='margin-left:21.0pt;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height: 150%'>聯合體投標的，聯合體牽頭人應為施工單位，應滿足下列要求：須具有具有有效的國家建設行政主管部門頒發(fā)的建筑工程施工總承包三級及以上資質的單位作為聯合體牽頭人。聯合體成員（含聯合體牽頭人）家數須不超過2家。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.4入圍條件：房建施工投標人開標當日在“成都市建筑市場信用信息管理系統”中被列入市場禁入名單的（聯合體投標的，組成聯合體各投標人任意一家被列入市場禁入名單的），在交易云平臺勾選主體信用評價的專業(yè)類別與其投標使用的資質類別不一致的，一律不能成為合格投標人。

normal style='text-indent:23.25pt;line-height:150%'>3.5入圍條件：開標當日，建筑工程設計投標人開標當日在“成都市建筑市場信用信息管理系統”中被列入市場禁入名單的（聯合體投標的，組成聯合體的各投標人任意一家被列入市場禁入名單的），在交易云平臺勾選主體信用評價的專業(yè)類別與其投標使用的資質類別不一致的，一律不能成為合格投標人。
